These website terms take effect on 9 September 2026. Insurteam is the trading name used on this website by Insurteam MGA Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 786025.
These terms apply to your use of this public website. Any separate agreement with a business partner, and the terms of an insurance policy, govern the services or cover provided under that agreement or policy.
This website explains our embedded insurance services and allows you to contact us or request a discussion. It does not provide an insurance checkout or conclude an insurance contract. Submitting an enquiry does not put insurance cover in place.
Product descriptions are general information. Before purchasing a policy, read the applicable pre-contractual information, Insurance Product Information Document where relevant, policy wording and schedule. These explain the insurer, cover, exclusions, conditions and costs.
Partners’ responsibilities are set out in their distribution or other commercial agreement. Partners must provide customers with the disclosures required for the relevant product and market before a sale is completed.
Your insurance contract is with the insurer named in your policy documents. Those documents explain the parties’ roles and how to request support or make a claim.
Information about remuneration and any relevant product disclosures should be provided as part of the applicable pre-contractual information. You can request further information by emailing hello@insurteam.com.
Cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on the policy, how it was purchased and applicable law. Check your pre-contractual information and policy documents for the applicable period, exceptions and cancellation instructions.
This public website does not provide policy cancellation through a checkout. Use the cancellation route identified in your policy documents or contact us for help identifying the appropriate route.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and our Cookies Policy explains our website analytics. External websites and booking services have their own terms and policies.
Irish law applies to these website terms. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply to you under the law. Your insurance contract may be governed by a different law, as specified in your policy documents.
