Insurteam aims to make this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
We are not claiming full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. Our limited review identified colour-contrast issues in some text and controls. We are working to improve these areas.
A full manual keyboard and screen-reader assessment has not yet been completed. External services you choose to visit, including booking services, may have their own accessibility limitations.
This statement was published on 9 September 2026. On that date, we checked 12 public pages with axe-core at mobile and desktop widths, alongside layout and navigation checks. Automated checks do not test every accessibility requirement and do not establish full conformance.
We will update this statement as further testing and improvements are completed.

We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within 5 working days.
You can raise the issue through our Complaints Procedure. Information about accessibility requirements for e-commerce services in Ireland is available from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. The appropriate external route depends on the service and the nature of your complaint.
